What are modules?

You can think of a module as a project or job. Each module consists of a set of data capture forms, associated data and reporting. The number of modules supported by each plan defines the nubmer of modules you can create. Collaborating on somebody elses module does not count towards your module count.

What are collaborators?

You may invite other people (or automated systems) to conduct inspections and/or review data once captured for any of your projects.

Interested in an onsite installation?

If you have unique security or organisational constraints that preclude you from using RhinoSpect's cloud service, or if you would simply like more details about an on-site installation, get in touch with us, we want to work with you.

On the off chance that you represent NASA, we'll give it to you, train you and even install it on the ISS for free. We just ask that you provide transport and accomodation. We think that's fair.

How does the 14-day free trial work?

After you signup you get access to all the features of RhinoSpect for 14 days. We want to make sure that you can get RhinoSpect working to your satisfaction before we ask you for your credit card.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes. RhinoSpect is a pay-as-you-go service and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Click on "Manage Account" in your RhinoSpect account, to change your plan.

Is my data safe?

We take security seriously. Our Servers are hosted in a world class data center that is protected by biometric locks and 24-hour surveillance. We ensure that our application is always up to date with the latest security patches. Our data-center is EU safe harbor compliant and all RhinoSpect plans include SSL encryption to keep your data safe. Additionally all your data is backed up across geographically seperated data centers

Do you have any contracts or cancellation fees?

No. RhinoSpect is a pay-as-you-go service. We do not have contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel whenever you want. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.

Who owns my data?

You do! It's your data after all! We want you to be with RhinoSpect because you love using the product, not because your data is stuck in it. You can export all your information from RhinoSpect any time you need, in any plan.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cars including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept PayPal. If you'd like us to accept purchase orders, or take any form of offline payment, please get in touch with us.
